Satsang – the company of truth – begins the session, where Swami Omkarananda will share timeless insights from Vedantic philosophy, guiding us toward clarity, peace, and self-realization. Through devotional chanting, spiritual discourse, and open dialogue, participants are invited to awaken their inner wisdom and reconnect with the essence of their being.

These events are open to all seekers, regardless of experience. Come with an open heart and leave with a sense of renewed presence and serenity. Yoga Nidra may feel to you like a lying down meditation. These are not physical asana practices, you can wear any comfortable clothing.
