The first 40 minutes of this class is Zumba: latin and international music dance class for all fitness levels and age groups. The final 20 minutes is a yoga practice where we enjoy balancing, stretching, and breathing exercises designed to lead us into peace, presence, and relaxation. This is a donation class. Cash donations go 100% toward supporting affordable, accessible and inclusive movement in our local Latinx community through funding training for Latinx movement leaders.

Saturday September 28th through November 16th 11am-12pm
This will be a great time to meet other pregnant moms while you experience the unique practice of prenatal yoga. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy.
Classes will include: supportive breath work, empowering movement, a focus on pelvic floor wellbeing, therapeutic stretching, self-myofascial release work, and a deep sense of community.

Sunday evening deep slow down practice. The foundation of this practice is meditative restoration. Some classes we will be adding in modalities like sound healing, self myofascial release techniques, meditative visualization, energy healing, Yoga Nidra, or yin-focused stretches. We have some great restorative props available, but feel free to bring your favorite pillow and blanket for extra coziness (or if class is full). This is a very accessible class for all bodies focused on deeply supported meditative relaxation. No yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable, cozy, clothing (PJs are fine!).
