Community Connection in Recovery:
Holistic Health Coaching & Support Circle at Flow Yoga
Saturday, June 20th, 11:00–1:00pm
Guided by Tifani Blouin, Certified Holistic Health & Sobriety Coach, Yoga
12-Step Recovery Peer Support Guide & Registered Yoga Teacher
On the eve of the summer solstice, join in community—a time to pause,
reflect, and set intentions for how you want to feel this summer. Step into
your Sober Summer Era—a season of feeling good in your body, creating a
life that doesn’t revolve around a drink, and experiencing the kind of joy,
connection, and ease that actually lasts.
This 2-hour gathering is open to anyone exploring patterns of behavior that
no longer serve them, or who are impacted by the behaviors of others.
Whether you're walking the path of recovery or simply seeking change, you
are welcome here.
We’ll begin with a supportive recovery sharing circle, followed by practices
you can return to all summer long—supporting you in feeling good, staying
present, and creating a life that feels full without needing to check out.
In community, when we speak our truth and are met with compassion,
something shifts. The weight lessens. We remember we are not alone. As
bell hooks reminds us,“We all heal in community, not in isolation.”
This is a fundraiser for The Gorge Recovery Center — a non-profit
dedicated to creating a vibrant, safe space for people in recovery to build
community, access peer support, and engage in meaningful recreation.
Pre-registration is $5 to hold your space: https://www.flowhoodriver.com/event-calendar.html
Please plan to bring a suggested donation to the workshop: $10–$25+ to benefit The Gorge Recovery Center.

Tifani Bio: Tifani Blouin is a second-generation Hood River local, a Certified
Holistic Health & Sobriety Coach, Yoga 12-Step Recovery Peer
Support Guide & Registered Yoga Teacher. She completed her first
yoga teacher training in 2011 at Flow Yoga.
She coaches clients ranging from those who are sober-curious and
want to take a break from alcohol to those discovering their potential
and thriving in a sober life.
She believes that health is multidimensional. Our physical, mental,
emotional, and spiritual well-being are deeply connected, each
influencing the others in meaningful ways.
She’s thrilled to bring together the recovery community, coaching, and
somatic practices—creating spaces where healing, connection, and
self-discovery can unfold.
