Gail Lordi, E-RYT 500, LMT, SAYF Certified, and YACEP, has been on the path of yoga since her early twenties and brings decades of study and teaching experience to her students. Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Restorative, Yin, and Meditation, she integrates the wisdom of yoga with her background as a licensed massage therapist and educator. Her teaching reflects a deep understanding of anatomy, therapeutic movement, and mindful touch—woven together with compassion, warmth, and respect for each student’s journey.
Gail’s life and practice have taken her from the East Coast, Colorado and Alaska to a small Japanese village where she studied Shiatsu and taught English—an experience that continues to shape her gentle and grounded approach. Her ongoing studies in Shiatsu, Acupressure, Thai Massage, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Zazen meditation inform her holistic perspective on healing and embodiment. She is also a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and regularly offers Sound Baths at Flow Yoga and throughout the Columbia Gorge.
