Guided by Tifani Blouin, Certified Life Coach, Addiction Recovery Coach, Yoga 12-Step Recovery Peer Support Guide & Registered Yoga Teacher
As the fall equinox approaches—a time of balance, slowing down, and introspection—we’re invited to pause and reflect:
- where are we now?
-what still needs tending?
-what do we want to carry fotward as we close out the year?
This 2-hour gathering is open to anyone exploring patterns of behavior that no longer serve them, or who are impacted by the behaviors of others. Whether you're walking the path of recovery or simply seeking change, you are welcome here.
We’ll begin with a supportive recovery sharing circle, followed by a gentle, accessible yoga practice. Together, we’ll explore breath, movement, and presence—not as a means of escape, but as tools to come home to ourselves.
In community, when we speak our truth and are met with compassion, something shifts. The weight lessens. We remember we are not alone. We remember that healing happens in connection.
The practices offered are rooted in ancient wisdom and supported by modern science— nourishing your nervous system, supporting emotional regulation, and fostering embodied resilience to carry into daily life.
This is a fundraiser for The Gorge Recovery Center — a non-profit dedicated to creating a vibrant, safe space for people in recovery to build community, access peer support, and engage in meaningful recreation.
Cost: $7 Registration Fee, plus whatever you would like to donate (in cash or Venmo) at the workshop toward The Gorge Recovery Center.
Tifani Blouin is a second-generation Hood River local, a Certified Life Coach, Addiction Recovery Coach, Yoga 12-Step Recovery Peer Support Guide & Registered Yoga Teacher. She completed her first yoga teacher training in 2011 at Flow Yoga.
Tifani coaches clients online—supporting those who are sober-curious, taking a break from alcohol, or thriving in long-term alcohol-free living. She believes we’re all recovering from something, and that there are many paths to recovery. With the right tools and practices, the process of healing becomes more joyful, and life’s challenges more manageable.
She’s thrilled to bring together the recovery community and the practice of yoga, creating spaces where healing, connection, and self-discovery can unfold—on and off the mat.
