This Retreat is a unique offering where we will have 3 nights at a luxury villa in Playa Pelada enjoying local beach culture and charm followed by 4-5 nights (you get to choose whether you want to be home for Thanksgiving or not!) at the incredible Bodhi Tree Resort. In addition to daily yoga classes and practices centered around cultivating authentic gratitude through equanimity, presence, and connection with true essence, we will be offering a few energetic and inspiring spin classes. Everything is optional, of course. From a fitness perspective, our daily yoga, with the option for meditation, strength, or spin, and adventuring or relaxing will be the perfect balance of cardio, strength, mobility training and rest/recovery. However, as most of you know, yoga offers so much more than fitness, and is an incredible "work-in". Making space for stillness expands our consciousness. There is amazing food, surf, spa, and so much more, as well.
