Erin Solveig

Erin has been a student of yoga since 2013, drawn in by the physical, mental and spiritual benefits. She loves the way yoga can invite a deeper connection to self, helping to unwind tension, and improve strength, flexibility, breath, and awareness. Her classes blend inspiration from her background in bodywork, personal training, endurance athletics, somatic experiencing, and vipassana meditation. Erin's classes are intended to be adaptable and invitational, so show up as you are with any skill level. Her hope is that you will be inspired to either soften around those stuck places or move through them with fueled intensity.

Flow—Our signature style. A flowing vinyasa-style yoga class that often includes vinyasa, kriya and asana proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Most importantly, we teach yoga, not just asana, by including guidance into presence and awareness. This class is appropriate for intermediate levels. You will be given options in each pose so that you feel challenged, yet successful.
