Jenn Peterson is a SAYF-certified yoga and cycle instructor who first discovered yoga at the age of 16 and instantly fell in love with the practice. Over the years, she has explored many different styles, developing a deep appreciation for both high-intensity flows and slow, restorative movement.
Jenn now teaches Indoor Cycle and Vinyasa and Power Flow classes that invite students to build strength while staying connected to breath and presence. As a trauma-informed instructor, she is committed to creating inclusive, accessible classes where every body feels safe, supported, and empowered.
Her teaching is rooted in mindful awareness, gratitude, and healing. After experiencing injury, Jenn turned to yoga as a tool to rebuild strength, flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. Through that journey, she discovered its profound ability to support recovery and help manage chronic pain.
For Jenn, yoga is more than a physical practice—it is church. A deeply spiritual, heart-centered space to reconnect, restore, and come home to yourself.
