Beth is a yoga teacher, breathwork guide, and space holder devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner strength, peace, and vitality. She began her yoga teaching journey in 2007 after completing her first 200-hour yoga teacher training, and has spent nearly two decades deepening her understanding of the body, breath, and energetic healing. What began as a personal path of self-discovery evolved into a lifelong calling to support others in remembering their wholeness.
Beth’s teaching blends mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and energetic awareness to create experiences that are both grounding and transformative.
She teaches with compassion, sensitivity, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey.
