Jonathan O'Riley

Jonathan has a 15 year journey with yoga that started as a way to connect with his mental and philosophical side.  He completed his 200 hour teacher training at YoYo Yogi in Portland in 2022 where he was a beloved teacher before moving to Hood River. Jonathan offers a strong physical practice that centers around philosophical themes and carries a message. Students can expect to be challenged physically and mentally during his classes to create lasting benefits for a person’s mind, body and soul.

Flow—Our signature style. A flowing vinyasa-style yoga class that often includes vinyasa, kriya and asana proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Most importantly, we teach yoga, not just asana, by including guidance into presence and awareness. This class is appropriate for intermediate levels. You will be given options in each pose so that you feel challenged, yet successful.
