Gail Lordi

Yoga has inspired Gail on many levels for decades. Gail is a seasoned Yoga Instructor, as well as
a Massage Therapy Instructor. She lived and studied Shiatsu in a small village in Japan from
1999-2001. The combination of studying yoga and massage has given her a deep insight
regarding healing techniques and healthy body mechanics. She utilizes and integrates
therapeutic methods into each of her classes.
Gail is a Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance and has extensive trainings in Hatha,
Vinyasa, and Primal Vinyasa. She has completed well over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher trainings
and loves working with all ages and all levels of students.
Eastern modalities, such as Shiatsu, Acupressure, Thai massage, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Zazen
meditation, and; Sound Healings all continue to shape her unique style of teaching.
Gail has been living in the Pacific NW since moving from Alaska in 2012. She is truly honored to
be a part of the Flow Yoga community & looks forward to seeing you in classes.

Restorative Yoga
Online
with Gail Lordi
1 hour
Sunday evening deep slow down practice. The foundation of this practice is meditative restoration. Some classes we will be adding in modalities like sound healing, self myofascial release techniques, meditative visualization, energy healing, Yoga Nidra, or yin-focused stretches. We have some great restorative props available, but feel free to bring your favorite pillow and blanket for extra coziness (or if class is full). This is a very accessible class for all bodies focused on deeply supported meditative relaxation. No yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable, cozy, clothing (PJs are fine!).
