You will be given options in each pose so that you feel challenged, yet successful.

This is a great class for cultivating the awareness and mindfulness necessary to truly find the right range of motion (ROM)/load for YOUR body in different yoga asanas (poses) or kriyas (flowing repetitive meditative movements). We will also learn to correct postural misalignments through the basics of a hip hinge, neutral spine, head aligned with the spine, balanced foundation, core stability, and improving our thoracic mobility. We close the class practicing relaxation in Savasana. 1 hour class.
