This extraordinary Hatha Flow yoga class integrates a foam roller as both a prop and a fascial warming and releasing tool for better preparing the tissues for asana. There will be many aspects of yoga integrated into the class including pranayama/breathwork, philosophy/theme, bandhas, and often mantra. You can always expect whole body warmth, strength, stretching, releasing and balancing, AND a 36 foam roller will be a prop we use regularly and creatively, so please have that available if you register for the Online version of this class.
