A ten-week mindfulness & yoga series designed specifically for kids (ages 5-11) to teach them life skills to cope with the stress and anxiety of growing up. They will learn how to relax their minds and strengthen their bodies by an introduction to the principles of Mindfulness and the eight limbs of yoga. Relaxation and postural techniques will be taught as well as meditative practices including connecting with the breath and learning how to access present moment awareness.
