Lia Davidson first stepped onto a yoga mat in the fall of 2000—and something within her awakened. Ever since, yoga has been a steady source of strength, growth, and joy in her life. Her love of mindful movement later led her to Barre, where she became a certified teacher in 2018. Inspired by the balance of grace and power it offers, she went on to create and teach the Tempo program—an energizing, music-driven movement class.
Rooted in the beauty of the Gorge, Lia cherishes life with her husband of over 20 years and their two children. Whether she’s sailing a dinghy on the river, hiking forest trails, skiing mountain slopes, or soaring in her backyard with Aerial Yoga, she finds freedom and connection through movement.
With deep gratitude for her teacher, Stephanie Adams, Lia completed her SAYF certification and RYT 200 at Flow Studio through Jaya Yoga RYS in 2019 and is continuing her journey toward her 500-hour certification. She also earned her Animal Flow Level 1 Certification in 2021, expanding her movement repertoire and deepening her connection to playful, functional strength.
Lia believes movement is a path to self-discovery—a way to feel more alive, more grounded, and more connected, both on and off the mat.
