Jennifer enjoys many styles of yoga and likes to share an eclectic mix with her students. Experiencing union of mind, body and spirit is the focus in her yoga & fitness classes. Jen hopes to extend the practice of yoga beyond the mat into a way of life, all day, every day. She believes that the goal of the practice is to experience connection to the Divine Self. And that this unity with self, leads to unity with others and the earth. Peace within...Peace out!
