Jack Kaady

Jack began practicing yoga in 2007 as a way to unwind from a demanding high-tech job and stay fit between outdoor adventures in the Columbia Gorge. He started with Bikram yoga at Flow Yoga Studio in Hood River but quickly gravitated toward the freedom and creativity of Vinyasa Flow. His practice deepened when he discovered the Journey into Power style—developed by Baron Baptiste.

His training includes a 200-hour certification from Namaspa Yoga Studio in Bend and advanced studies with Baron Baptiste, including trainings in Sedona, Tulum, and Ojai. In 2019, he earned his 300-hour yoga leader certification through the Baptiste Institute. Currently, Jack is doing further advanced study with Stephanie Adams and SAYF.

For Jack, yoga is more than just physical movement; it’s a holistic practice that includes meditation and self-inquiry. His classes offer a vigorous yet accessible flow, with alignment cues and options. He’s passionate about sharing this transformative journey and looks forward to practicing with you soon.
