1 hour
60-minute, breath-led practice designed to support mobility, reduce tension, and help your body recover and adapt over time. This class integrates foam rolling with traditional yoga using the roller as both a release tool and a supportive prop. Through gentle rolling, mindful movement, and breath awareness, you’ll improve mobility, support joint function, and enhance coordination. Rooted in the understanding that fascia is a whole-body communication system—and that the lymphatic system relies on movement, breath, and pressure changes to circulate—this practice supports both physical recovery and nervous system regulation. You’ll move slowly and with intention, exploring progressive range of motion and ease over intensity, creating the conditions for your body to reorganize, restore, and move with greater clarity and resilience.
