Mike brings 30+ years of cycling experience to Flow, with a background racing and training on the road, in cyclocross, and on the mountain bike.
A few years ago, he committed to Strength45 three times a week, showing up consistently with a focus on fitness and longevity. Today, he’s stronger and fitter than ever—and that strength carries directly into his time on the mountain bike, surfboard, and skis.
Mike is a 200+ hour trained yoga teacher, SAYF-certified biomechanics specialist, and trained in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) for mobility and stability. A retired high school and college teacher, he now works as a metal artist and mechanic, bringing clarity, precision, and real-world practicality into every class.
