Masks of Ego: Intro to the Yogic Enneagram
Explore the Enneagram from a Yogic perspective and learn to use the enneagram genuinely for Self-Realization. This course unites the Enneagram with classical Yoga Philosophy. Discover how to work with yourself and others more compassionately and with discernment...learn to see yourself and others clearly and deeply.
The Enneagram is a bridge that joins psychology with Spirit and addresses key issues- identity, behavior, perception, relationships, emotion, and energy. Tap into the core elements of your inner Being-Will, Self, Joy, Perfection, Love and more. Identify core patterns and fixations and learn to work with them skillfully. Liberate that which no longer serves.

Soaking, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Retreat
Retreat into deeply experiencing peace and contentment. Mindfulness, purpose, intention/sankalpa, and grace often result from the practices of Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and Restorative Yoga. Yoga Nidra, or “psychic sleep,” will be taught within a series of energetically-aligned postures to maintain an optimal brain wave state for yoga nidra while also opening and healing the body so that this deeply meditative practice can be comfortably sustained for an optimal experience.
Our time together will include 4 practices in restorative yoga/yoga nidra, sound healing, and a sankalpa/intention exploration. Paired with optional soaking in the bathhouse at Society, you will leave restored in clarity and presence.

Trauma-Informed Yoga
During our time together, we will learn more about how past traumas affect our current experience and how healing yoga and breath practices can be especially helpful when guided by someone who understands the long-term effects of trauma. This workshop is designed for movement teachers but could benefit anyone working with people. In this workshop you will learn simple, evidence-supported, and effective yoga and breathing tools for creating resiliency, as well as considerations for interacting, and teaching to, with those affected by trauma. The book Overcoming Trauma through Yoga by David Emerson is highly recommended as an accompaniment for this workshop.
